Meet the Dedicated Team of Frank S. Buck, P.C.

Welcome to the law office of Frank S. Buck, P.C. Call us when you need an attorney who is experienced in all types of personal injury and tort law. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are also available for our clients and will schedule appointments after hours if needed.

A client slipped in vomit while shopping at a Birmingham grocery store, sustaining a serious back injury requiring surgery. The case settled for over $200,000.00 during mediation.

Drunk Driving Accident on I-59
Verdict: Monetary settlement for Plaintiff
Circuit: St. Clair County
Judge: James E. Hill
Clients were hit by a drunk driver while traveling on I-59 in St. Clair County. The driver, a customer at Hooter’s Restaurant in Jefferson County, was sued for negligent and reckless conduct. The restaurant was sued for serving alcohol to a visibly intoxicated customer. The case settled in mediation for one client and at trial for the other.
